All players agree to all terms and conditions when purchasing through this platform. Each purchase is intended as server support only for Infiniti Squadron Servers. Expenditure of each server purchase is at the sole discretion of the server owner and cannot be specified by the purchaser. Purchase rewards are all non-monetary and are strictly for use in Infiniti Squadron Servers. The server owner accepts no responsibility for failure of purchases to process correctly through the system. If that situation arises the server owner can look into getting your purchase processed manually.
Below Applies To Our Inactivity Policy:
All Infiniti Squadron servers have an inactive policy active. A player that hasn’t logged in for more than 14 days, is subject to admin removal, to make room for new players. This has been standard policy since the beginning of launching our public servers. If player had simply logged in to refresh their timers, admins can NOT touch any structure/entity players own, however any player that goes past 14 days of not logging in, can be subjected to deletion. Any and all entities may be removed after inactivity warrants a wipe. This can include purchased items! This does not warrant a refund of any purchases made previously.
Below Applies To Administrative Actions For Infiniti Squadron Servers Up To And Including Base Audits/Wipes, Kicks, Temporary And Permanent Server Bans & All Other Administrative Actions Deemed Necessary By The Server Owner And/Or Administrative Staff:
The server owner or any Infiniti Squadron staff member has the right to take all necessary administrative action up to and including warnings/kicks/bans/wipes to any player from any Infiniti Squadron server. It is the responsibility of our staff to maintain a friendly and healthy environment for all members who play on our servers. The magnitude of the offense determines the consequence of their actions. Some actions will result in immediate bans from all Infiniti Squadron servers as determined by owner and/or staff. Other actions may result with warnings of rule violations and the player given a specified amount of time to bring into compliance prior to further action. Additionally, new rules or rule revisions may be put in place that result from certain player actions which will also result in a warning and a specified period of time to bring into compliance with new rule(s). All warnings, kicks, bans, and wipes are at the sole discretion of the server owner and administrative staff of Infiniti Squadron Servers. If a player is banned, administrative staff have full authority to wipe any and all entities off of any servers Infiniti Squadron owns. In the event of a wipe/ban from any or all servers, players have no implied or actual entitlement to anything including purchases to the server. All purchases are final as specified in the terms and conditions for those packages and refunds will not be given in the case of any administrative action taken deemed necessary by the server owner and/or staff.
Below Applies To Server Administration:
New rules and/or changes to game play mechanics may be put in place at anytime by server owner or any Infiniti Squadron’s staff, because players will always try to exploit and find cheats to get around game mechanics, and thus ruining gameplay for all others on the servers. This has ZERO relation to any purchases made to the server. Buying Packages does not give any player any administrative rights to our servers. It is our job as server owners & staff to change/modify rules and/or game mechanics when needed to promote a healthy game environment. Changes in rules and/or game mechanics does NOT warrant package refunds!
Below Applies To Atlas & Ark Purchases:
All purchases are final with no monetary refunds allowed. In the event of a server wipe the owner will reimburse the non-monetary reward kit only to those that have bought a package in the previous 30 days. This does not extend your Rank’s permissions end time, which is still 30 days from your purchase. This would include; amplified point handouts, permissions to claim VIP creatures, and any other permission that would otherwise be for a VIP only. Reimbursements shall be in the form of in-game items only and shall never be real currency.
Below Applies To Rust Purchases:
All purchases are final with no monetary refunds allowed. We do however, let your Economy Coins and any rank permissions roll over into the following season. Rust wipes very frequently and because of this mechanic, we do not offer monetary refunds on any purchases. In the event of a premature server wipe(non game developer forced wipe) from server failure etc, the owner will reimburse the non-monetary reward kit only to those that have bought a package in the previous 30 days. This does not extend your Rank’s permissions end time, which is still 30 days from your purchase. This would include; amplified point handouts, and any other permission that would otherwise be for a VIP only. Reimbursements shall be in the form of in-game items only and shall never be real currency.
Below Applies To Chargebacks:
Any purchase that has a chargeback made, your player account will be locked out of our servers indefinitely or until chargeback is reversed.
